Write to krugozore.ios.app@gmail.com. The fastest way is Profile › About › Send feedback inside the app, which opens a mail draft with your app and iOS version already filled in.
Common questions
- Where do I get a key? Krugozore uses your own OpenRouter key. In onboarding, tap Connect with OpenRouter, or paste a key you created at openrouter.ai/settings/keys. You can change it any time in Profile › OpenRouter key.
- Do I have to pay for models? No. Free models cost nothing; filter the Models tab by Free. Paid models are billed by OpenRouter at the maker's price to your own account. Krugozore adds nothing on top.
- What does Lifetime unlock? Unlimited chats and folders and your own Model Groups. Model usage is not included; that stays with your OpenRouter account.
- I bought Lifetime on another device. Profile › Krugozore Lifetime Deal › Restore Purchases.
- Can I use it without any key? Yes, with a model that runs on your device: Apple Intelligence on iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence turned on, or a downloaded on-device model.
- Where are my chats? On your device only. Export or share a chat from its menu. Profile › Data › Delete all my data erases everything.

Not the Telegram bot
The Krugozore AI app for iPhone and iPad is developed by Nikolay Gushchin and is not related to the Telegram bot of the same name. They are separate products with different architectures and technology; this page supports the iOS app only.
